As has been mentioned at several meetings, SARA is attempting to launch a technical discussion mailing list. This list is open to all licensed amateurs (not just SARA members) and is intended to provide a place where amateurs can talk tech, get help, and bounce ideas off one another. The goal is to provide the community with a knowledgeable collection of hams to help each other and, importantly, newcomers to amateur radio.

If you have never participated in a mailing list before, it is quite simple. You subscribe to the mailing list via the form. After submitting the form, an e-mail will be generated and sent to your address. Click on the link within that e-mail to confirm your subscription. You must confirm the subscription or you will not be able to receive or send mail to the list.
To post a new message to the list, simply send e-mail to [email protected] and your message will be sent to all list subscribers. When replying to a message sent to the list, by default the “To” address of any reply will be the mailing list so your response goes back to the whole group.
