Multi-Club Event: We were invited to activate a POTA park by the PCARS club who will be at Lake Milton State Park (Harry Meshel Picnic Area – 590 Milton Ave, Lake Milton, OH 44429) at the same day and time as our West Branch State Park activation. PCARS also welcomed us to their activation site which is only 15 minutes from our site at West Branch, so feel free to stop by and visit with them as well! They will have food too! More info at:

We’d like to get even more clubs on the air at other parks that day if possible! If you know of another club that would like to organize their own POTA event, please let them know about this Northeast Ohio Multi-Club Multi-Park event and have them reach out to us!

Coordination: We will be using the W8WKY (149.390) and W8OKE (147.015) repeaters (and possibly others) linked together to coordinate Park-to-Park contacts if we can get multiple clubs involved!

What happens if it rains?: POTA on (so long as there isn’t thunder)!
