SARA is launching a new net! Please check out The Beacon Net. This new net will be launching on Sunday, June 5th at 10pm!
The Beacon Net will be heard on W8WKY 147.39+ PL114.8 on Sundays and Wednesdays at 10pm. The net controllers will start taking pre-checks at 9:30pm. This net will also be carried on SARA’s Allstar Hub node #48496 and SARA’s Echolink W8WKY-R channel. Additionally repeaters and Allstar hubs will likely be added in the future. The core group of net controllers for this net have a passion to bring together a worldwide late night community.
There will also be an HF version of The Beacon Net on Fridays starting at 9:30. Frequency is 3.834 MHz LSB and, as always, plus or minus depending on conditions and other traffic/QRM.
