SARA will be sponsoring a tour of DX Engineering and the K3LR contest station in West Middlesex, PA. Tour will be October 12 with the group meeting at 10am.

Craig, N8OH, has invited any SARA members interested in participating in Ohio State Parks on the Air (OSPOTA) to join the OSPOTA activation he is putting together at Quail Hallow State Park!

Calling all Northeast Ohio amateur radio operators to a Mini POTA (Parks On The Air) Like Activity! You are invited to join us on the air on September 11th from 4:30 to 7:30 PM local time (2030 to 2330 UTC).

Update! SARA will now be activating two locations at Lake Milton! In order to accommodate a large number of operators and to practice operating light weight portable, a hiking group, headed up by Ben KE8BHQ, will separate from the main activation site at the East Boat ramp and hike from the West Branch Park Office to the Horseman’s Day Parking Lot.
